1. About the Site

Ari's Apothecary is an independent Grand Archive fansite offering card information, deck building, and community features. It is not an official service of, or endorsed by, Weebs of the Shore or TCGplayer.

These terms describe the conditions for using the site. Please read them before creating an account or publishing content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

The site is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others or access accounts without permission.

3. Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in the original content you submit. You must have the rights or permission needed to submit it and must not infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

By submitting content, you grant Ari's Apothecary a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate the site, consistent with its visibility settings. For content you make public, this includes making it available through the site's sharing and deck-copying features. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Public content may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Unlisted content may be accessible to anyone with its link. Removing content cannot recall copies others have already made. Contact us to request removal of content you cannot remove yourself.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not publish unlawful, harassing, threatening, or infringing content, spam, or malicious software.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, or disrupt the site.
• Do not manipulate engagement counts or use automation that places an unreasonable load on the service.
• Do not collect or misuse other users' personal information.

We may remove content or restrict or suspend access to address violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may contact us about a restriction or removal.

5. Intellectual Property

Grand Archive names, trademarks, card artwork, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Card images are © Weebs of the Shore. These terms do not grant permission to reuse third-party materials.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant URL, a description of the material and your rights, and contact information so we can investigate.

6. Affiliate Links and Purchases

TCGplayer requires us to use affiliate links as a condition of access to its card pricing data. We may earn a commission from purchases through these links. Affiliate links may route through Impact for attribution. Third-party tracking is described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases take place with third-party retailers or sellers, not Ari's Apothecary. Their terms govern payments, shipping, returns, and purchase disputes. We do not control their products, availability, services, or websites.

7. Information and Availability

Card information, deck legality, tournament results, and pricing may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Prices are estimates and may differ from checkout prices. Confirm current rules with official sources and purchase details with the seller.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of content. Keep copies of content important to you.

8. Responsibility and Legal Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ari's Apothecary will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the site, including lost profits or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits consumer rights or other protections you have under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek your agreement before applying material changes.
